Terms and Conditions for YoMacrosFit

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YoMacrosFit mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, purchasing a subscription to, or using YoMacrosFit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
1. About YoMacrosFit
YoMacrosFit is a fitness and nutrition meal-planning service designed to generate personalized meal plans based on information and preferences provided by users.
YoMacrosFit may use information such as your age, gender, height, weight, target weight, activity or lifestyle selections, nutrition goals, calorie targets, macronutrient preferences, meal preferences, and selected foods to calculate nutritional targets and generate meal plans.
YoMacrosFit is intended for informational, fitness, nutrition-planning, and meal-planning purposes only.
2. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer
YoMacrosFit is not a medical service or healthcare provider.
The Services, including generated meal plans, calorie calculations, macronutrient calculations, nutritional information, food quantities, and other information provided through YoMacrosFit, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information provided through YoMacrosFit is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Users should consult an appropriately qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other healthcare professional before making significant changes to their diet, nutrition, or fitness routine, particularly if they have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, have special nutritional requirements, or have other health concerns.
You are responsible for determining whether a meal plan, calorie target, macronutrient target, food, ingredient, or portion is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
3. Food Choices, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions
YoMacrosFit generates meal plans using information and food preferences provided or selected by the user.
You are responsible for reviewing the foods and ingredients included in your meal plan before consuming them.
YoMacrosFit cannot guarantee that foods, ingredients, nutritional information, or generated meal plans are appropriate for allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, religious requirements, dietary restrictions, or other individual needs.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance, medical dietary restriction, or other special dietary requirement, you should independently verify that foods are safe and appropriate for you before consuming them.
4. Account Registration and Security
Certain YoMacrosFit features require an account.
An account may be created using a supported authentication method. Information associated with the authentication method you select may be used to create and maintain your YoMacrosFit account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update information when necessary to maintain the accuracy of your profile and meal-plan calculations.
You may not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
5. User Information and Meal-Plan Calculations
YoMacrosFit generates meal plans and nutritional calculations based substantially on information you provide.
This information may include:

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and appropriate.
Incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information may affect calorie calculations, macronutrient calculations, food quantities, and generated meal plans.
6. Generated Meal Plans
YoMacrosFit uses calculations, nutritional information, user selections, and automated processes to generate personalized meal plans.
Generated meal plans are provided for informational and planning purposes and do not guarantee any particular health, fitness, weight-loss, weight-gain, or nutritional outcome.
Actual results vary among individuals and may be affected by numerous factors outside the control of YoMacrosFit.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to follow, modify, regenerate, or discontinue a generated meal plan.
7. Nutritional and Food Information
YoMacrosFit strives to provide useful and accurate nutritional information; however, nutritional information may originate from databases, manufacturers, food labels, public sources, or other information sources.
Nutritional values may vary due to product formulation changes, serving sizes, preparation methods, manufacturer updates, database updates, measurement differences, and other factors.
YoMacrosFit does not guarantee that every nutritional value, food listing, calorie calculation, macronutrient calculation, or generated portion will be completely accurate, current, or error-free.
Users should verify nutritional information when accuracy is particularly important to their individual circumstances.
8. Subscriptions and Paid Features
Certain features of YoMacrosFit, including access to meal-plan generation functionality, may require an active paid subscription.
Subscription prices, billing periods, available features, introductory offers, and other purchase information will be presented before purchase.
8.1 Automatic Renewal
Where applicable, subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period in accordance with the terms of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
Your applicable payment method may be charged for renewal according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
8.2 Subscription Management and Cancellation
Subscriptions purchased through an app marketplace or other third-party payment platform generally must be managed or canceled through that platform.
Uninstalling YoMacrosFit does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Deleting your YoMacrosFit account may also not automatically cancel an active subscription. You are responsible for canceling an active subscription through the applicable purchasing platform when required.
8.3 Expiration or Cancellation
If your paid subscription expires or is canceled, access to subscription-only functionality may end at the conclusion of the applicable paid subscription period.
Certain account information or non-paid features may remain available, depending on the Services offered at that time.
8.4 Refunds
Refund requests for purchases processed by an app marketplace or third-party payment provider are generally subject to the refund policies and procedures of the platform through which the purchase was made.
YoMacrosFit does not independently control refund decisions made by third-party payment platforms.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse YoMacrosFit.
You may not:

Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, servers, databases, networks, or related systems.

Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.

Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription requirements, access controls, security mechanisms, or usage restrictions.

Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar technologies to access or extract information from the Services without authorization.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, or attempt to derive source code from the Services except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

Use YoMacrosFit or its content to develop, train, operate, or improve a competing product or service without authorization.

Reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission.
10. Intellectual Property
YoMacrosFit and its associated software, design, branding, logos, graphics, interfaces, text, features, functionality, algorithms, and original content are owned by or licensed to YoMacrosFit and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, YoMacrosFit grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of YoMacrosFit or its intellectual property to you.
11. Privacy
Your use of YoMacrosFit is also subject to the YoMacrosFit Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, processed, retained, and protected in connection with the Services.
12. Availability and Changes to the Services
We may modify, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of YoMacrosFit from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature or portion of the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, service-provider interruptions, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or other operational requirements.
13. Account Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may stop using YoMacrosFit at any time and may request or initiate deletion of your account using the methods made available through the Services.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation may be separate processes.
13.2 Suspension or Termination by YoMacrosFit
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary, including where we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the Services, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, threatened the security or operation of YoMacrosFit, or failed to maintain an applicable subscription for paid functionality.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice of suspension or termination.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YoMacrosFit and the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or suitable for every user's individual nutritional, fitness, or health circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that may otherwise apply to the Services, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YoMacrosFit and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the Services.
This includes, where permitted by law, losses arising from reliance on generated meal plans, nutritional information, calculations, interruption of the Services, loss of data, or unauthorized access.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to YoMacrosFit, its features, subscriptions, business practices, or applicable requirements.
When we update these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice when appropriate or required.
Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws applicable to YoMacrosFit, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the YoMacrosFit Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented in connection with specific features or purchases, constitute the agreement between you and YoMacrosFit concerning your use of the Services.
